I read Traction and it made no sense to me. Then I read Rocket Fuel and it made a ton of sense to me. I shared it with my wife (and law partner) Amany and our office manager Adela and we quickly saw that I was the visionary and Amany was the integrator. We knew we needed help integrating EOS into our growing immigration law firm. Our leadership team met with several implementers. One was too hard, one was way too soft and then we met with Bruce. Bruce was just right. Just what we were looking for. We started working with Bruce last fall and we have already seen tremendous growth and improvement of our firm. We nailed our Core Values. We run Level 10 meetings (most of the time). We are teaching our team what it means to fight for immigrants. And we are having fun under a tremendous amount of stress.
